- Each voucher can be redeemed only once and cannot be encashed

- These vouchers are not redeemable on Medical Management Charges
- SKD 10X Reward 1500 voucher is redeemable on treatment value above Rs.5000/- only.
- SKD 10X Reward 2500 voucher is redeemable on treatment value above Rs.10000/- only.
- Voucher codes are system generated and validity cannot be extended.
