**Terms & Conditions**

1. SD S-Miles can be redeemed on treatments provided at Sabka Dentist clinics in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Bangalore.

2. SD S-Miles can be redeemed by one patient only for treatment during the validity period. They are not valid for medical management fees.

3. SD S-Miles worth 5000 can be redeemed for treatments priced at ₹25,000 and above. Alternatively, 2500 SD S-Miles can be redeemed for treatments priced between ₹11,000 to ₹24,999.

4. SD S-Miles redemption is applicable for select treatments only.

5. SD S-Miles are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher in the clinic.

9. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
