Some of the suggested food items to eat are Puddings, Pancakes, Rice, Bread, Pasta, Soup, Mashed Potatoes, Cheese, etc.

Some of the food items to avoid include hard rolls, bubble gum, caramel, popcorn, chips, nuts, sugary food, raw carrots, corn, etc.

Also, when you use the rubber bands during the lingual braces it can cause trouble in initial days. Still, after a few days all the things will be very easier.

The health insurance generally covers some part of the orthodontic treatment in any kind of braces treatment. However, you need to check the points of the policy properly with proper consultation while looking for the healthcare cover for the Lingual Braces.
